1.day

Flight to Santiago de Chile

Our extraordinary journey commences with a seamless passport and baggage check-in, ensuring a stress-free start to your adventure. Following this, we board a flight destined for the vibrant metropolis of Santiago de Chile.

As you settle into the anticipation of exploration, rest assured that every detail of your travel experience has been meticulously considered for your comfort and convenience. Santiago de Chile, with its rich cultural tapestry and dynamic atmosphere, awaits as the gateway to the extraordinary expedition that lies ahead.

2.day

Santiago de Chile

Upon our arrival in Santiago de Chile, we will be seamlessly transferred to our carefully selected hotel, ensuring a smooth and comfortable transition to this vibrant city.

Following the transfer, you will have the opportunity to enjoy some well-deserved free time. Whether you choose to relax and unwind in the hotel’s amenities or venture out to explore the nearby attractions, this period of leisure allows you to acclimate to the local atmosphere and set the tone for the adventures that lie ahead.

3.day

Robinson Crusoe Island

In just a few hours, the enchanting Robinson Crusoe Island will open its doors to us. Following a delicious breakfast, our journey takes flight with a private charter on an 8-passenger plane bound for the island.

Upon our arrival, a picturesque 45-minute boat ride awaits, leading us to the shores of Pacifico Eco Lodge. Around 14-15, we will seamlessly check into the Lodge, where a delightful welcome meal awaits our arrival. The day unfolds with a leisurely stroll through the town, exploring captivating attractions such as the Patriot’s Caves, Fort Santa Barbara, and traces of the SMS Dresden bullets dating back to 1908.

As the day transitions into the evening, a sumptuous dinner at the Lodge awaits, providing a perfect culmination to our first day on Robinson Crusoe Island.

4.day

Robinson Crusoe Island

After breakfast, we will board a boat and set out in search of lobsters. We will observe the process of their harvesting, followed by a tasting session and the observation of a colony of fur seals.

Later, we will sail to Juanango Island to see seabirds and ferns on its cliffs. We will also head to Tres Puntas Bay to observe the behavior of a colony of sea lions.

In the afternoon, we will take a walk to the Sal Si Puedes viewpoint to admire Puerto Inglés Bay. From there, we will have a panoramic view of the bay and the location of Robinson Crusoe’s cave.

Return to the Lodge for dinner.

5.day

Robinson Crusoe Island

After  breakfast, our day unfolds with a boat adventure as we set sail in search of lobsters. Witness the intricate process of harvesting these delectable creatures, followed by a tasting session that promises to indulge your senses. During this nautical journey, we’ll also have the privilege of observing a colony of fur seals, immersing ourselves in the rich marine life of Robinson Crusoe Island.

Our maritime exploration continues as we sail to Juanango Island, where towering cliffs house seabirds and ferns. The awe-inspiring spectacle of nature unfolds before our eyes. Next, we venture to Tres Puntas Bay to observe the fascinating behavior of a colony of sea lions, providing an up-close encounter with these magnificent marine creatures.

In the afternoon, a scenic walk to the Sal Si Puedes viewpoint awaits, offering panoramic vistas of Puerto Inglés Bay. From this elevated vantage point, we admire the beauty of the bay and the location of Robinson Crusoe’s cave, connecting with the island’s intriguing history.

As the day concludes, we return to the comfort of the Lodge for a well-deserved dinner, surrounded by the natural wonders that make Robinson Crusoe Island a truly exceptional destination.

6.day

Robinson Crusoe Island

Today, our expedition leads us on a fascinating journey to the viewpoint of Alexander Selkirk, a castaway whose four years and four months of isolation inspired the renowned novel Robinson Crusoe.

As we embark on this hike, expect to be captivated by unique panoramic views and the rich tapestry of native endemic flora, including the enchanting Juan Fernández hummingbird. The trail, while presenting a moderate level of difficulty, promises an immersive experience in the natural beauty of Robinson Crusoe Island.

Upon reaching the culmination of our hike, we will be rewarded with the awe-inspiring scenery that once greeted Alexander Selkirk during his solitary sojourn. The significance of this viewpoint, coupled with the tales of resilience and survival, adds a profound layer to our exploration.

Returning to the Lodge around 1 PM, our commitment to professional tourism ensures that every step of this adventure is designed for both enjoyment and enrichment.

7.day

Robinson Crusoe Island

Today’s adventure unfolds with a hike to the Cerro Centinela Lookout, where we will marvel at the site of the first maritime radio station. From this elevated vantage point, a panoramic view of Cumberland Bay and El Yunque Hill awaits, offering a breathtaking perspective of Robinson Crusoe Island’s coastal beauty.

Our journey then takes us to the forested slopes of LUMA mountain, a tranquil retreat where we’ll indulge in a picnic amidst the soothing sounds of nature. From this idyllic setting, a unique view of the Pacific Ocean and Puerto Ingles Bay unfolds, creating a serene backdrop for relaxation.

As the day transitions to evening, we return to the lodge, where a culinary spectacle awaits. Prepare to be delighted by a culinary show featuring the preparation of LOBSTER PEROL, a delectable lobster casserole that promises to tantalize your taste buds.

8.day

Santiago de Chile

Today marks our return to Santiago de Chile, where we will unwind and relax at the hotel. This transitional day provides an opportunity to reflect on the captivating experiences of Robinson Crusoe Island and the diverse wonders it unfolded.

As you settle into the comfort of the hotel, take a moment to rejuvenate and absorb the memories of this unique expedition.
