If you are a running enthusiast and dream of marathons in different parts of the world, this is the offer for you!
We invite you to a new adventure – the Patagonian International Marathon! Organized for 12 years in the Chilean Torres del Paine National Park, it is the dream of many runners and athletes. And we’re not surprised at all.
The route of the run offers breathtaking landscapes with the best views of the iconic peaks of Chilean Patagonia: Cerro Paine, Cuernos del Paine or the famous granite LAS TORRES (towers).
From the very beginning, the event has been extremely popular, gathering runners from over 65 countries who meet in the extreme south of unspoiled Patagonia to participate in one of the most spectacular marathons in the world. There are 3 distances to choose from: 10 K, 21 K and 42 K, and practically everyone can sign up!

Travel itinerary
CHICAGO - SANTIAGO DE CHILE
On this day, the group meets at the Chicago airport. Passport and baggage check-in and flight to Santiago de Chile.
SANTIAGO – PUNTA ARENAS
Arrival in Santiago de Chile. We are transferring to a domestic flight to Punta Arenas. After arriving in the south of Chile, we drive to the capital of Chilean Patagonia – Punta Arenas. Overnight stay at a hotel.
PUNTA ARENAS – PUERTO NATALES
Today we will go on an easy trek through the beautiful lengas and nirres forests to the Magellanes Nature Reserve. Then we will visit Puerto Natales – a city located on the famous Bay of Last Hope. An overnight stay at a hotel.
PUERTO NATALES – TORRES DEL PAINE NATIONAL PARK
Today we are leaving towards the most beautiful mountain national park of the South American continent – Torres del Paine. It is a national park that has been entered on the UNESCO list, and according to National Geographic, it is the fifth most beautiful place in the world. Called the eighth Wonder of Nature, it delights every visitor. On the way, we will stop at Cueva del Milodon – caves famous for the discovery of the remains of the extinct giant sloth Mylodon Darwini. Rest and relaxation before the marathon, and a welcome party for all runners. On this day there will be a chance to become familiar with the route of the run. Overnight stay at a hotel.
TORRES DEL PAINE NATIONAL PARK MARATON
After a light breakfast, we will drive to the launch site. Competitors must be on site one hour before the start of the race, this will be the time for final formalities and a warm-up. And so we begin the marathon in Patagonia, a land whipped by the wind from Antarctica and amazing mountains and nature! After the marathon, a well-deserved and nutritious meal for the participants. Afterward the ceremonial decoration and commemorative photos with the medals! We return to the hotel for the night.
TORRES DEL PAINE NATIONAL PARK
Today, after the exciting events of yesterday, we will go on a day trip around the park. During the trip, we will visit places such as the viewpoint of the beautiful Lago Nordenskjold and Lago Gray with ice blocks floating on its surface. Here we will take a short walk to the viewpoint of the Gray Glacier. We will stop at a viewpoint on Lago Pehoe overlooking the majestic Cuernos del Paines and Paine Grande Mountain. Finally, saying goodbye to the Park, we will see the impressive Cacada Paine waterfall and drive to Puerto Natales. Overnight stay at a hotel.

DLA CHĘTNYCH: REJS KATAMARANEM PO JEZIORZE GREY
CRUISE TO THE BALMACEDA AND SERRANO GLACIERS – PUNTA ARENAS
In the morning we will go on a cruise to the Ultima Esperanza fjords at the foot of the Balmaceda and Serrano glaciers located in the Bernardo O’Higgins National Park. First we will reach Monte Balmaceda and the glacier, from where we will continue our cruise to Puerto Toro. We disembark and make a short trek through the forest until we reach the face of the Serrano Glacier. After returning to the boat, we will enjoy a unique aperitif made of glacier ice. A drive to Punta Arenas for the return flight to Santiago de Chile. Transfer to the hotel for an overnight stay.
SANTIAGO DE CHILE
Today we will visit Santiago, the cosmopolitan capital of Chile. We will see Plaza de Armas – the famous square in the heart of Santiago, the Cathedral and the building of the Main Post Office. Aside from these we will also visit La Moneda Presidential Palace, a tiny district of Paris – Londres with the historic church of San Francisco. We will then head to the airport for our flight back to Chicago.

Tour participants are insured according to the requirements of the US Department of Transportation for a total amount of $500,000 (insurance policy available upon request). Participants may opt for additional insurance coverage for hospital and outpatient treatment of illnesses acquired during the tour, as well as accidents in visited facilities (further information available at the office) for an additional fee.
