Algeria 2024: Expedition to the Heart of the Sahara

Algeria is the largest country in Africa, with 80% of its territory covered by stunning deserts. Surprisingly, sand occupies less than one-fifth of the vast Sahara Desert. The rest of the desert area consists of rugged mountains, gravel plains, and dry salt lakes. As a result, 90% of the population inhabits the coastline. However, Algeria is also a country where magnificent monuments, ancient ruins, and archaeological sites take us on a journey through time.

Morocco – a country straight out of the tales of One Thousand and One Nights? Absolutely! Oriental atmosphere, extraordinary history, colorful cities, and exquisite cuisine. Moreover, remarkable landscapes with stunning mountain peaks, sunny beaches on the Atlantic coast, hot sands of the Sahara, and dazzling architecture.

Mongolia enjoys over 250 sunny days a year, earning it the nickname “Land of the Blue Sky.” However, the blue sky doesn’t always indicate warmth. Mongolia’s climate is extreme, and while most of the country is hot in summer, temperatures can drop to -30 degrees Celsius in winter.

Tunisia is a country that combines African, Arab, and European traditions. It’s worth seeing Carthage, the island of Djerba, and the popular town of Hammamet. It’s also worth visiting Tunis, the capital of Tunisia, where you’ll find one of the most interesting medinas and the fascinating Bardo Museum.
